Poderi dal Nespoli
Poderi dal Nespoli is located in the southern part of Emilia-Romagna, where the Tuscan Apennines connect to the Adriatic Coast. A family-run estate now in its fourth generation, the Ravaioli family established the winery in 1929, and today they run the estate with the same passion and love for the land.

This single estate winery successfully blends classic Italian grape varieties Sangiovese and Trebbiano, with international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Combining traditional winemaking techniques with innovation and state-of-the-art equipment in the winery, the wines of Poderi dal Nespoli are great examples of the rich, food-friendly wines of this classic region.

Bodegas Navajas
Bodegas Navajas is a family owned wine company based in the small village of Navarrete, Rioja Alta. Since founding in 1918, generation after generation have tried to be faithful to the principle of “Making Quality Wines”. Today’s modern facilities include three ageing cellars for 6.000 barrels, and a bottle ageing cellar for 100.000 bottles, both of which are equipped with the latest technology for the treatment and care of the wines. The vineyard produces white, rosé and particularly red wines some of which are bottled as young wines and the rest as Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva wines.

Valdivieso
Valdivieso’s history dates to 1879, when Don Alberto Valdivieso founded Champagne Valdivieso S.A., the first sparkling wine house in South America. In the early 1980s they began to produce still wines and Valdivieso has since become one of the most awarded Chilean wineries in the history of the Challenge International du Vin in Bordeaux.

Much of their recent success can be accredited to passionate and talented Kiwi winemaker, Brett Jackson. Based in Lontue, Valdivieso has a wealth of vineyards and the quality and unique attributes of the terroir is expressed in the single-vineyard wines. The range encapsulates everything that Chile excels at: rich, vibrant flavours and smooth, glossy textures.

Domaine Lafage
Jean-Marc Lafage’s family has been growing grapes in Roussillon for six generations but it was Jean-Marc who had the ambition to stop selling the grapes to the local co-op and create a domaine. He and his oenologist wife, Eliane, founded Domaine Lafage in 1996 and the estate now runs to some 138 hectares of vines across Roussillon, with parcels in the Agly Valley, Aspres and Perpignan.

The Agly Valley, with its black shale and layered schist soil in the shadow of ruined Cathar castles is one of Europe’s most exciting terroirs. Eliane and Jean-Marc specialise in growing old vines that impart pronounced minerality and concentration to their wines. The region is best known for its red wines, but don’t forget to try the whites too. Grenache Blanc is one of the most underrated grapes in the world of wine and Domaine Lafage produces some of the very best we have ever tasted.
