R de Ruinart Brut NV, Reims, Champagne, France
The delicious Ruinart Brut NV Champagne from one of the oldest Champagne houses. Vibrant, clear yellow colour with golden reflections.
A balanced Champagne, rounded and full-bodied, with scented ripe fruits (greengages and nectarines). The finish is long, the well-integrated dosage giving way to the characteristic freshness of the Chardonnay which makes up most of the blend.
Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir
Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house, exclusively producing champagne since 1729. Founded by Nicolas Ruinart in the Champagne region in the city of Reims
In order to store its bottles, Ruinart acquired its ancient crayères underneath the city of Reims where today there are 8 kilometres of Ruinart Cellars.
Ruinart combines delicacy and subtle freshness, all from the finest grapes, skilful blending and extensive ageing in the 2000 year old cellars, said to be the most historically beautiful cellars in France.
Ruinart portrays excellence and luxury combined within the distinctly shaped Ruinart bottle, found at only the most luxurious and enigmatic restaurants and establishments.
